Custom Orders

Non-Refundable Items: Custom-printed invitations, stationery, or other customized items cannot be returned or refunded once the design proof is approved and the production process has started.

Proof Approval: It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve the final proof before printing. We recommend thoroughly checking all details, including spelling, dates, and formatting.
Damaged or Defective Products

Eligibility: If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Process: Submit photos of the issue to our customer support team to initiate a resolution. We will reprint or replace the affected items at no additional cost.
Non-Custom Items
For non-personalized products, you may return items in their original, unused condition within 14 working days of delivery. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before proof approval. After approval, cancellations are not possible.
